I offer two types of visits

*I only accept  adult patients  (18 years of age or  older  )
*Booking an in-person consultation (in the office) requires a prepayment of PLN 100
*Booking an online (video) consultation requires prepayment of the entire amount equal to the price of the visit (PLN 400 – diagnostic, PLN 300 – subsequent – above prices consider consultations in English)
*You can book an appointment by clicking “click to book an appointment” on the home page (or the “book a visit” subpage) under my photo

*Available appointment dates are visible after clicking the appointment button and selecting the type of visit, before providing personal data and selecting payment (the appointment is booked only after providing data and selecting payment – so you can see available dates without worrying about accidentally booking an appointment)

–  Booking an appointment requires a prepayment, depending on the type of appointment. In-person appointments are subject to a 100 PLN deposit, while online appointments require payment of the entire appointment fee upfront. Prepayments are processed through the PayU fast payment system. The payment link is valid for one hour – failure to pay after this time will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

–   For in-person visits, payment of the remaining balance must be made on-site after your visit.  
We accept both card and cash payments.

–  Detailed instructions with explanations can be found below. The full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are also available on each doctor’s booking page, accessible by clicking the “Click to schedule an appointment” button located under the doctor’s photo and description.

–  Patients book appointments through my website psychiatra-bialystok.pl by clicking the “Click to schedule an appointment” button located on the home page, under my photo. Clicking the button redirects them to the registration form.

– The registration form is provided by Medfile, the company we use to register and maintain medical records. 

–  You can select the appointment type in the registration form, to which you will be redirected after clicking the booking button.

When you expand the “Select service” list, you will see all the visit types described above (both in-person and online) along with their prices. Once you select a specific visit type, the required prepayment amount will be displayed. Please select the appropriate visit type and click the blue “Check availability” button.

– Then, simply click on a convenient date and fill out the necessary registration fields. In the “health issue” field, please indicate whether you require any medical certificates—specifying which ones—as this helps us plan our work better. A description of the health issue is welcome; we leave the length and form up to you (it can be a one-sentence description, a single word, or a detailed explanation).

– I reserve the right to refuse to issue certificates related to the gender transition process (this reservation applies exclusively to certificates required for carrying out this procedure). We recommend that individuals wishing to begin this process, or those currently undergoing it, consult specialists with sexological experience, i.e., psychiatrists with an additional specialization in sexology or psychosexologists.

– Currently, I do not offer appointment booking via telephone and do not foresee introducing this method in the near future. However, you can contact me by phone at 733 639 217 or via the contact form (located on the homepage in the “About Me” section and the “Contact” tab).     

Note – I do not handle appointment bookings on-site at the office.

  • After filling out the form and accepting the Terms and Conditions (which we encourage you to read), click the “Register” button. You will be redirected to the PayU payment page. If the payment fails, you can access it again by clicking the link in the email sent with your registration confirmation (the link will be active for 1 hour). If payment is not made within the designated time, the appointment reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • You may cancel your appointment at any time without providing a reason—the cancellation link can also be found in the email.
  • In the event of cancellation, the prepayment will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 7 business days. The refunded amount will be reduced by the payment operator’s commission (up to a maximum of a few PLN).
  • You will receive a refund provided the appointment is cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the prepayment is non-refundable.
  • I reserve the right to cancel an appointment at any time. In such a situation, I will contact you and first propose a new appointment date, taking your preferences into account. Should this occur, you will be entitled to a discount on the visit. The second option is a full refund of the prepaid amount (in this case, without deducting the payment operator’s costs).
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, but no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled time. In the event of lateness, the visit will be shortened by the duration of the delay. If the delay exceeds half of the scheduled appointment time (i.e., 15 minutes for a follow-up visit and 30 minutes for a diagnostic visit), the appointment will be cancelled, and the prepayment will not be refunded.
  • In the event of a delay caused by me, I will primarily try to conduct the visit for its full duration by extending the end time by the length of the delay. If conducting the visit for the full scheduled duration is not possible (regardless of the reason), I will propose:
    • a new appointment date convenient for you, or
    • shortening the visit time with a price discount proportional to the duration of the visit, or
    • cancellation of the visit and a full refund of the prepayment (without deducting payment operator costs).
    In the above situation, the decision regarding which option to choose belongs entirely to you.
  • Remote visits can take place via video call using the Medfile service—you will receive a link to the virtual consultation room in an automatically sent email after booking the appointment. A smartphone is sufficient for it to work correctly. If you would like to use a different form of communication (e.g., WhatsApp, Skype, FaceTime, phone call), please mention this during registration in the “health issue” description. I will try to meet your expectations. I also suggest that you prepare a backup communication option if possible (e.g., a telephone in case of internet problems).
  • In the event of technical problems on my side or on the side of any service provider, I will contact you and propose the earliest possible date. If this option does not suit you, I will refund the prepayment (in the case of an e-visit, equal to its total price). The refund will be made immediately, no later than within 7 business days. The full amount will be refunded without deducting payment operator costs.
